Hi, this is Me!

I’m a mum of two and a personal trainer and a pre- and postnatal specialist with a real passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and capable—whatever their health goals may be.

After more than a decade in corporate sales for luxury hotels, I made a complete career pivot and trained as a personal trainer. During my own pregnancies, I was overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information online—and even the mixed advice from healthcare providers. That experience sparked my desire to specialise in pre- and postnatal exercise and to give women clear, evidence-based guidance they can trust.

I believe every woman deserves to feel empowered to move her body, and as well during pregnancy and beyond, if she chooses to. Too often, fear and misinformation create doubt about what’s safe. As a mum myself, with two very different pregnancy and postnatal journeys, I understand the emotional and physical highs and lows. Supporting women through these chapters is something I truly love.

Every pregnancy is unique, and so is every recovery. That’s why all my programmes and nutritional guidance are fully personalised—designed around your lifestyle, your needs, and your goals. And you don’t need to be pregnant or postnatal to train with me—I work with women at every stage of life.

I’m certified through Premier Global NASM and Burrell Education, and my programmes—whether online or in person—reflect my passion for helping women move with confidence. From weight training and resistance work to body-weight sessions, I’ll help you build strength in a way that feels good for you.

Movement is one of my greatest joys, whether I’m in the gym, on a Reformer, boxing, hiking in the mountains, or squeezing in a living-room workout with my kids. I truly believe movement is medicine, and my mission is to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself.
