Hi, this is Me!

I’m a mum of two, a pre and postnatal exercise specialist with a passion for helping women find their health goals, whatever they may be.

I went from working in corporate sales for luxury hotels for over a decade to becoming a qualified personal trainer. I really wanted to specialise in pre and postnatal exercise for women as when I was at this stage of my life, I found there to be a lot of contradictory advice on the internet and even from healthcare providers .

I feel passionately that each woman should be empowered to workout through these stages in her life if she wants to and all too often there is fear and doubt surrounding what she can and can not do from misinformation.

As a mother of two beautiful children, I can relate to what you’re going through. I had two very different pregnancy journeys, both filled with physical and emotional challenges. So I understand just how special every journey is, and coaching mums through this time is something I love to do.

Each pregnancy is different as is each postnatal journey, so having something individualised taking your own circumstances into account is imperative, which is why all my programmes and nutritional advice are bespoke and catered to fit your lifestyle.

You don’t need to be pregnant or postnatal for me to help you, I help all women!

I’ve gained qualifications through Premier Global NASM as well as Burrell Education. My programmes, both online and in person, reflect my love for empowering women to move with confidence, regardless if that’s from lifting weights, using resistance bands or just your body weight.

I love movement, whether it’s in the gym, reformer pilates, boxing, going for a hike in the mountains or doing a workout in my living room with my children next to me. I truly believe movement can be medicine to many things, and I’m here to help you become the most confident you yet.
